I just love this sketch from Clean and Simple! Here's another card I have made using it:

Tools - Carl rotary trimmer, Pixma printer, EK Success large corner rounder, Papercraft adhesive tape, foam dots, Bigshot, Big Scallop nestabilities, Carl 1 1/4 inch round punch
